Self Love Challenge Day 3

A good habit that I want to begin this month is going to sleep earlier and waking up earlier. Don’t get me wrong, I love sleeping in and staying up late lol, but I feel like if I wake up earlier even on the days I don’t have class, I will get a lot more things done + I will feel like my day is longer. Sometimes I wake up at 11 and by the time I am fully awake and functioning after I’ve had coffee and breakfast, it’s like 1-2 pm and I’m like where has my day gone?!?!!!? Maybe sometimes on the weekends I will sleep in tho… hahahaha especially if I’ve had a long week!
